I wanted to push myself and thought that 6 weeks was an achievable timeframe to commit to.  I started slow but was soon motivated by my myzone tracker to try to spend the majority of my workouts in the green and yellow zone. I always thought I was time-poor for the gym but I found that the myzone tracker made my workouts way more productive, so that i could burn maximal calories in an efficient way.

I have gained a confidence in myself that I never knew I had. I can see myself continuing to grow on this journey and pushing myself further into the future. This 6 week challenge has made me love and appreciate working hard to make change at the gym. Beginning the 6 week challenge at 95.4 kgs was an all time low for me. I felt flat and scared that I had gotten that heavy. I have worked so hard to lose 9kgs, and am so proud that I now weigh 86.4 kgs.
